Little Health is a paediatric health education platform providing webinars, downloadable guides, podcast content and health education resources for parents and carers.

Basic analytics data including pages visited, time spent on the site and device type. This is collected by Squarespace and is anonymous — it does not identify you personally.
3. Why we collect your information and the legal basis for doing so
We collect and use your personal information for the following purposes:
To deliver the service you have requested When you sign up for our free guide or purchase a product we use your name and email address to deliver that product to you. The legal basis for this is contract — it is necessary to fulfil the service you have requested.
To send you health education content and updates When you sign up for our mailing list you are giving us permission to send you health education content, webinar invitations, new guide announcements and Little Health updates. The legal basis for this is consent — you have actively signed up and can withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing.
To respond to your enquiries When you contact us through our contact form we use your details to respond to your message. The legal basis for this is legitimate interest.
To improve our website and services We use anonymous analytics data to understand how our website is used and to improve the content and experience we offer. The legal basis for this is legitimate interest.
We will never use your personal information for any purpose other than those listed above. We will never sell your data to third parties. We will never share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Who we share your data with
In order to operate Little Health we use a small number of trusted third party services. These services act as data processors on our behalf — meaning they process your data only as we instruct them to and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) We use Brevo to manage our mailing list and send emails. When you sign up for our mailing list your name and email address are stored in Brevo. Brevo is GDPR compliant. You can read Brevo's privacy policy at brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.
Squarespace Our website is built and hosted on Squarespace. Squarespace processes data submitted through our website forms and manages our online shop. Squarespace is GDPR compliant. You can read Squarespace's privacy policy at squarespace.com/privacy.
Stripe Payments made through our website are processed by Stripe. Stripe is GDPR compliant and PCI DSS certified. Little Health does not have access to your full payment card details. You can read Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/gb/privacy.
Zoom Our live webinars are delivered via Zoom. If you attend a live webinar your name and any information you share during the session may be processed by Zoom. You can read Zoom's privacy policy at zoom.us/privacy.
We do not use any other third party services to process your personal data.
5. How long we keep your data
Mailing list subscribers We will keep your name and email address on our mailing list until you unsubscribe or request deletion. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.
Purchase records We keep records of purchases for seven years as required by HMRC for tax purposes.
Contact form enquiries We keep contact form messages for twelve months and then delete them unless there is an ongoing matter that requires us to keep them longer.
Website analytics Anonymous analytics data is retained by Squarespace in accordance with their data retention policy.
6. Your rights under UK GDPR
Under UK data protection law you have the following rights:
The right to access You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
The right to rectification You have the right to ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete information we hold about you.
The right to erasure You have the right to ask us to delete your personal information. We will comply with all deletion requests unless we are required to keep the data for legal reasons such as tax records.
The right to restrict processing You have the right to ask us to stop using your personal information in certain circumstances.
The right to data portability You have the right to request your personal data in a portable format.
The right to object You have the right to object to us processing your personal information for direct marketing purposes. You can do this at any time by unsubscribing from our mailing list.
The right to withdraw consent Where we process your data on the basis of consent you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

7. Cookies
Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help websites function and provide analytics information.
Squarespace uses cookies to operate our website and to collect anonymous analytics data. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies for marketing purposes.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of our website.
8. Children's data
Little Health is a platform for parents and carers. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child please contact us at chris@littlehealth.co.uk and we will delete it immediately.
9. Data security
We take the security of your personal data seriously. All data transmitted through our website is encrypted using SSL. Our third party processors — Brevo, Squarespace and Stripe — all maintain high standards of data security and are GDPR compliant.
In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms we will notify the ICO within 72 hours and will notify affected individuals without undue delay.
10. Changes to this privacy policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in data protection law. When we make significant changes we will update the date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
11. How to complain
If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data you have the right to make a complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office — the UK's data protection regulator.
